Determined to inspire students, faculty, and donors with a glimpse of what was to come, MacLachlan sought a dynamic way to showcase its modern design and cutting-edge learning spaces. Since no photographs could be taken of a building that hadn’t yet broken ground, the entire experience needed to be crafted in 3D.

To help the MacLachlan community see what the campus would look like, our team turned to advanced 3D rendering and modeling. Every detail, from the spacious corridors to specialized classrooms and communal gathering areas, was painstakingly created in a virtual environment. By digitally replicating real-world materials and design features, we produced photorealistic renderings that capture not only the physical layout but also the atmosphere that MacLachlan aims to foster.

Because a simple static image wouldn’t be enough to convey the campus’s size and functionality, we went further by developing a 3D floor plan and a comprehensive virtual tour.
