Overview
Stober Group needed a clearer, more dependable measurement and documentation baseline across the Landmark District — a 1.2 million sq ft multi-building campus. The goal was not just to scan buildings, but to replace fragmented and inconsistent records with a usable foundation for leasing, planning, and asset management.
The Challenge
Like many large property portfolios, the district’s building records had been created at different times, by different consultants, using different source material and standards. Your PDF makes the larger problem clear: many portfolios rely on old IFC drawings, partial renovation drawings, older consultant surveys, or unknown records altogether, which means important decisions are often being made using inconsistent building data.
For an asset owner, that creates unnecessary uncertainty. Leasing teams, planners, and asset managers need a baseline they can trust.
The Approach
360Pros carried out full interior 3D scanning across the campus and used the capture data to produce a verified measurement and documentation baseline. According to the case study, the execution included full interior 3D scanning of every building, BOMA-compliant calculations, and multiple Revit models.
Rather than creating a single-use output, the project was structured so one capture could support multiple teams.
What Was Delivered
From one coordinated capture process, the project produced a range of usable outputs, including:
- Verified BOMA rentable areas
- CAD / Revit record drawings
- 2D floor plans for leasing and TI
- Digital building walkthroughs
- Visual documentation of all spaces
These outputs are valueable to multiple departments, including leasing, asset management, marketing/sales, and risk.
The Outcome
The result was a clearer source of truth across the district. In the case study, you state that the data is now used daily by leasing, planning, and asset teams across the entire campus, and that one capture project was funded by the needs of multiple departments.
That is the real value of the project: not just updated files, but a more useful operational baseline for future decisions.
Client Feedback
“The scans and BOMA deliverables gave us a reliable baseline across the entire Landmark District, replacing decades of guesswork. The documentation is now used by our leasing, planning, and asset teams.”
